Domestic Shipping (India)

We process & dispatch orders within 48 hours. For Cash-On-Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you via phone or WhatsApp for verification before dispatch.

Delivery timelines

• Major cities: 2–4 business days.
• Other locations: 4–7 business days.
• Some remote areas served by India Post: 7–14 days.

International Shipping

Typical delivery in 7–14 days depending on destination and customs. Customs may delay delivery.

• Base charge: ₹2,999 up to 2 kg. Additional charges apply for heavier shipments.
• Liquids (perfumes, air fresheners) are prohibited.
• Heavy furniture (e.g. jhoola, sofa, singhasan) not allowed — selecting these may cancel the order or require extra charges.

You have 2 calendar days from receiving your order to request a return. Returns are accepted only if:

• The product is damaged upon delivery
• The product is different from what was described

To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Items matching our size chart or description are not eligible for return.

Return Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the refund status.

Non-returnable Products

1. Certain items on Lordkart are non-returnable due to their sacred, customized, or perishable nature.
2. Pooja items, idols, wooden items ( Jhoola, Bed, Basket, Singhasan, Pooja Chowki etc. ), spiritual books, Rudraksha, gemstones, and Pujan Samagri Kit cannot be returned once delivered.
3. These products are handled with utmost care and cannot be reused or resold once opened or used.
4. Non-returnable items are clearly marked on their product pages to maintain transparency.
5. In case of damage or wrong item delivery, you may raise a replacement request within 48 hours of receiving the order.
6. For hygiene and sanctity reasons, opened or used items cannot be accepted back under any circumstances.
7. Digital products, downloadable content, and customized temple bookings are final and non-refundable.
8. Lordkart reserves the right to determine product eligibility for return or replacement based on its condition and category.
