Return Window
You have 2 calendar days from receiving your order to request a return. Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged upon delivery
- The product is different from what was described
To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Items matching our size chart or description are not eligible for return.
Return Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the refund status.
Refund Policy
Refund Process
At Lordkart, we ensure a smooth and transparent refund process. After receiving your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original mode of payment, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
Note: Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.
Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are applicable only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order with supporting images or videos.
Exchange Policy
At Lordkart, we ensure a smooth exchange process for any eligible products received in damaged or defective condition. Exchange requests can be initiated within 2 days of delivery.
Return Pickup
Once your return request is verified and approved, a pickup will be arranged from your registered address. Please keep the product in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact to ensure a successful pickup.
Note: If the courier fails to pick up the return within 2 attempts, the request will be closed and cannot be reopened.
Cancellation
To cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it via email at support@Lordkart.com or WhatsApp at +91-874-499-3398. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Non-returnable Products

Certain items on Lordkart are non-returnable due to their sacred, customized, or perishable nature.

Pooja items, idols, wooden items ( Jhoola, Bed, Basket, Singhasan, Pooja Chowki etc. ), spiritual books, Rudraksha, gemstones, and personalized products cannot be returned once delivered.

These products are handled with utmost care and cannot be reused or resold once opened or used.

Non-returnable items are clearly marked on their product pages to maintain transparency.

In case of damage or wrong item delivery, you may raise a replacement request within 48 hours of receiving the order.

For hygiene and sanctity reasons, opened or used items cannot be accepted back under any circumstances.

Digital products, downloadable content, and customized temple bookings are final and non-refundable.

Lordkart reserves the right to determine product eligibility for return or replacement based on its condition and category.
Return Shipping & Deductions
For orders with free shipping, the following deductions will apply:

Additional Rs 60 deduction for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
