Domestic Shipping (India)

We process & dispatch orders within 48 hours. For Cash-On-Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you via phone or WhatsApp for verification before dispatch.

Delivery timelines

  • Major cities: 2–4 business days.
  • Other locations: 4–7 business days.
  • Some remote areas served by India Post: 7–14 days.

Shipping charges

  • ₹60 for orders under ₹799.
  • COD unavailable for orders under ₹999.
What if my order is delayed or lost?

If an order is cancelled, lost, or undelivered to your preferred location, we will refund the full order amount including shipping charges (where applicable). Partial cancellations, returns, or refunds follow the Returns Policy — original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

Returns & Cancellations

  • If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • If you return an item, original shipping charges are not refundable. If you self-ship returns you may be reimbursed per Lordkart's Returns Policy.
